How Long will it take for my order to reach me?

The purpose of this chart is to provide a general idea of turnaround time for your order.

We have many different products and services all with a range of steps required to complete

and different shipping options available, so we don't have a one-size-fits-all turnaround time.

Also there are factors that we cannot control such as backorders, mis-ships, large volume of orders, etc that may require additional time.

Team Outfits & Personalized Garments

Generally, most Custom Orders will ship out in 2 weeks

Processing Time - 2-3 business days

All our team uniforms are ordered factory direct at least once a week. 

The turnaround time we receive the garments can range from 2-8 business days

depending on what day you place the order. 

Stock & Materials to Arrive 5-7 business days

All our team uniforms and custom apparel are ordered factory direct at least once a week. 

The turnaround time we receive the garments can range from 5-7 business days

depending on what day you place the order. 

Also items like cap embroidery and materials for names require a time allowance

if they are not in stock.

We try our best to ship custom orders as quickly as possible. 

We quote a Two (2) week turnaround to allow for any

mis-shipments, mis-prints, defective garments etc.

Production Time - 3-5 business days

Orders with custom options, lettering numbering, logos, etc. - generally range from

3-5 business days once we receive the items in-house.

Delivery Time - 2-8 business days

Upon completion of your order it is shipped via your chosen delivery method.

Availability

Most of our garments displayed on our website are in stock from our suppliers

and ready for shipment.  Occasionally, i.e. sizes or colors not available on our website

may be ordered and turnaround time is usually within 2 weeks.

Most Printed T-Shirts Ship within two (2) weeks.

of the week or sooner if we have the garments in stock.

Production Time - 5-7 business days

If stock is needed additional days may be required for your shirt

to be printed on the next print run.
