Q. Do you do embroidery?

A. We can do embroidery, but keep in mind that there is an additional cost and time involved when completing this type of order please ask us at info@swingtogs.com for more information and a price quote.

 

Q. How long does it take?

A. Generally customized garments are produced and shipped in approximately ten (10) to fourteen (14) days.  

 

Q. Can we order colors of garments not reflected online?

A. Custom options might be available upon request such as color of shirts not reflected online ask us at info@swingtogs.com for availablity. 

 

Q. Do you have minimum order requirements?

A. No, not at all. You may order any quantity of garments, mix & match any combination of products and services that can be ordered online. 

 

Q. Will you take large orders for Clubs or Teams?

A. We do take orders from ALL Clubs and Teams with a minimum order of 24 items.  Please email us at info@swingtogs.com for more details. 

 

Q. What will my final product look like?

A. The final product will resemble screen-printed printing but will be crisp and sharp.

 

Q. Will the lettering be centered?

A. All lines of lettering will be centered in the area of printing.  If the lettering is on the left chest, then each line will be centered and printed over from the middle of the chest.   Standard Lettering will be placed on either the front or the back of the shirt.  For special requests such as lettering on both sides of a shirt ask us at info@swingtogs.com.

 

Q. Do you ship rush orders?

A. In some cases we can rush orders but we are very limited to availability and production constraints. Rush orders are handled on a case by case basis only.

 

Q. Do you charge for setup?

A. There is no setup charge for any options that are ordered online. We can cut custom logo or stylize just about any font and artwork.  There is an additional $60.00 setup fee custom logos or artwork.    Additional consultation is available for $60.00 per hour billed in 1/4 hour increments.

 

Q. Where do you ship?

A. We only ship to the U.S. and its territories, Canada and Europe.

 

Q. What sort of discounts do you offer?

Q. Do you have catalogs available?

A. At this time we do not have catalogs available but our website offering is a compilation of specialty selections of apparel.  If you are looking for something you don't see on our website please feel free to email us at info@swingtogs.com

 

Q. How do I return an item?

A. Non-customized unwashed, clean and unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund. See TERMS/RETURNS for more details.  Please note that customized garments are not returnable for reasons other than defects, flaws or error on our part.

 

Q. There seems to be an error on the website -- what should I do?

A. We would like to know if there appears to be errors, broken links or other problems within the webite.  Please contact us at edwin@swingtogs.com

 

Q. I received my shirt and it doesn't fit. Can I exchange or return it?

A. You may request a return or exchange for any non-customized merchandise that is not the size you ordered or is damaged with an original receipt 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please see our return policy for full details.
