Swingtogs Return Policy

ordering and payment

Swingtogs accepts payments via Paypal paid in $US dollars Only. Payment is processed at time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. All advertised sale prices are automatically calculated at checkout.

shipping and handling policy

Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS or UPS and processed within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of purchase see shipping information for more details.  Orders shipped International are shipped via USPS only and require an additional seven (7) days to deliver.  Shipping costs are automatically calculated and determined by destination. Shipping rates are subject to change.  All orders will be tracked via postal service.  PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.

return policy

You may request a return or exchange for any non-customized merchandise that is not the size you ordered or is damaged with original receipt up to 30 days from purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in original condition- unused, unwashed and undamaged with original tags and packaging. Returned items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted.  To make a return or exchange you must do the following:

1. Notify us of your request by email first at info@swingtogs.com to receive your RMA number.

2. Place your RMA# information (a copy of the RMA email from Swingtogs will work), with merchandise and a copy of your receipt in the original packaging.

3. Please send item regular mail (USPS).**

lost or damaged shipment

Lost or damaged merchandise will be refunded including shipping charge if the product is defective, damaged or the wrong product was shipped. Please contact us immediately if you believe your package has been lost.  Lost shipment is subject to verification.  If your package appears to have sustained damage please note when signing for the shipment and contact us immediately.  Keep all shipping materials including box and all contents.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within seven to ten business days from the date the package is received.  An e-mail notification will be sent to the address listed on your account once the transaction has been processed.  Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your bank account.
